Showbiz | Hannah Montana Star Arrested On DUI Charge! | Sweet niblets! And in the Disney Channel neighborhood too! For shame!
Last night, Mitchel Musso, best known for his role as Oliver Oken onHannah Montana, was arrested in Burbank, CA for drunk driving.
The cops pulled him over around 3:43 AM, after he failed to slow down for officials directing traffic for an unrelated accident. When the police approached Mitchel's vehicle, a 2007 black Mercedes Benz, a "strong order of alcohol" was wafting out of the car, so he was immediately asked to step out. He then failed a field sobriety test with flying colors and when given a breathalyzer test, he blew well above the .08 legal limit.
Oh, and did we forget to mention … he's only 20-years-old! So, not only was he arrested for suspicion of DUI, but he's also probably going to get nabbed for underage drinking. Such a proud day for his parents!
